These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at trupathcompliance.com (the "Website"), operated by TruPath Consulting LLP (LLPIN ACZ-2776), having its registered office at Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302012, which carries on business under the brand TruPath Compliance ("TruPath", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms govern the Website only. Our platform and professional services are provided under separate written agreements; where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms in respect of the services, the separate agreement prevails.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
By using the Website you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law, and that you are using the Website for business or professional purposes. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
